The Ukrainian cloud gaming platform Miraplay offers owners of PCs to rent them remotely. Private clients and computer clubs will be able to earn money by renting out their PCs, while the company will expand its game server network worldwide as a result. To connect to the network, you need to submit an application on the company’s website and then go through moderation. Currently, the program has around 200 users who have participated in closed testing for a year. The owner of a computer that meets the minimum requirements will receive over 3000 UAH per month for each computer. The amount and payment terms may change after testing, but not before one month of the computer’s operation in the Miraplay network, according to a company representative. The quality of gaming in the cloud gaming service largely depends on the distance between the player and the server. By attracting PCs from private clients, this problem is solved and allows for placing a gaming server conditionally in every entrance. Miraplay was launched in Ukraine in 2021. It allows owners of weak computers to play modern games on maximum settings through the cloud. The company’s data centers are located in Kyiv, Lviv, Kremenchuk, Munich, Warsaw, and Prague. See here.
