After the unsuccessful launch of version 1.0 of Battlefield 2042, many pessimists had already written off the series, but the developers didn’t give up and set about fixing the mistakes. With each update, the game got better.
In 2024, players can expect the seventh season of Battlefield 2042, which will introduce new maps and updates. The appearance of two new locations is expected – “Shelter” and the revamped “Stadium,” which take into account the wishes of the gaming community.
The first map will be available immediately at the start of the season, while the “Stadium” will be added later in one of the updates.
Additionally, new weapon models will be introduced in the game, such as the SCZ-3 submachine gun and the AK 5C.
Developers will also make various changes and fixes, including visual changes to reduce weapon recoil.
The launch of the seventh season in Battlefield 2042 is scheduled for March 19, 2024, and along with it, a Battle Pass with free and premium content will be available.
Also, from March 21 to 24, there will be a promotion with free access to Battlefield 2042, giving everyone the opportunity to try the game for free.
